We ship all our orders after receiving full payment.

We use Royal mail as our primary delivery courier service for majority of our deliveries. UK mainland deliveries normally takes 3 to 4 working days after dispatch.

International deliveries take 7 to 10 working days in EU while 8 to 15 working days Rest of the World.

Refund and Cancellation: 

First response for order detail updates or order cancellation: You are required to contact us before the order is marked as complete.

Once an order has been marked as completed, we may no longer be able to update the order or addresses.

If you received an order and you are not 100% satisfied you can return it back within 30 days after receiving your product. We offer both exchange or full refund.
